Upload the Content
Go to Content Manager → Media Library → Click Upload.

Add to a Channel or Welcome Screen
Drag the uploaded image into one of these recommended locations:

- Info / Guest Services Channel
- Custom promotional or dedicated channel

Publish to Rooms
Save your changes and publish / apply the content to your guest rooms.

Tip: We recommend placing this on the Welcome Screen for maximum visibility. You can set it to appear for 15–30 seconds or as a persistent sidebar if your system allows.
